How do I connect my Smoobu account to CozyUp?

By connecting your Smoobu channel manager to CozyUp, you can easily import your accommodations into CozyUp...

... but also benefit from other features!

Follow these steps to connect your CozyUp account to Smoobu:

Step 1 - Open the Smoobu login page:

➡ In CozyUp, go to the "Applications" page and click on Smoobu :

➡ Click on "Smoobu settings" :

Step 2 - Retrieve the Smoobu API Key :

➡ Check that you are on the settings page, then click on "For developers" :

➡ If an API key already exists, copy it. Otherwise (and only if it doesn't exist), click on the "Generate API Key" button to generate one, before copying it :

Step 3 - Paste the Smoobu API Key into CozyUp :

➡ Paste the API Key into the bar reserved for this purpose, then click "Next". That's it:

‍Congratulations, you're done. You can now add your accommodations to CozyUp with one click 🎉

How do I set up automatic Smoobu messages in CozyUp?

To automatically send your links to your travelers, you can activate the automatic message sending feature directly from CozyUp.

Step 1 - Copy the CozyUp login URL :

➡ In CozyUp, go to the "Accommodations" page, click on one of them, then activate auto messages :

➡ A pop-up window opens, copy the URL displayed :

Step 2 - Paste the connection URL into Smoobu :

➡ In Smoobu, go to the "Settings" page, scroll down to "For developers", then click on it :

➡ In the Webhook URLs section, paste the previously copied URL, then save :

Step 3 - Activate your automatic messages in CozyUp :

➡ Now all you have to do is tick the automatic messages of your choice directly on CozyUp :

💡 Reminder: the process with the link only needs to be done once.

However, you need to activate the messages in each of your homes manually.
