How do I connect my Hostaway account to CozyUp?

By connecting your Hostaway channel manager to CozyUp, you can easily import your accommodations into CozyUp...

... but also benefit from other features!

Follow these steps to connect your CozyUp account to Hostaway:

Step 1 - Obtain the Hostaway integration account ID and API key :

➡ Create an API key on your Hostaway dashboard. Under Settings → Hostaway API:

➡ Name and create your API key :

‍

Step 2 - Make a note of this information below, as we will need it shortly:

Step 3 - In the CozyUp application, click on "Applications" and select Hostaway :

Step 4 - Copy and paste your account ID and API key into CozyUp :

Click on the "Connect" button and that's it!

Congratulations, you're done. You can now add your homes to CozyUp with one click 🎉

How do I set up automatic Hostaway messages in CozyUp?

To automatically send your links to your travelers, you can activate the automatic message sending feature directly from CozyUp.

➡ In CozyUp, go to the "Accommodations" page, click on one of them, then activate auto messages on the desired accommodations:
