1) At the time of booking confirmation 💌

Your traveler has just booked a stay and can't wait to discover your accommodation...

👉 This is the 1st time you can offer your extras :-)

In your automatic booking confirmation message, include a phrase like this:

"To personalize your experience, you can click here and access the list of additional services available during your stay: [My CozyUp Link]"

OR: "P.s: Exclusively, we offer you the possibility to spice up your stay with our additional services: [My CozyUp Link]"

2) Before arrival 🧳

It's been a while since the booking, and it's almost time for the big day:

Your traveler will arrive in the apartment in 2 or 3 days...

👉 It's time to remind him that he must order his extras NOW if he wants to enjoy them.

There's nothing like a reminder, mixed with a little urgency, to trigger a sale.

In a message 24 to 72 hours before its arrival, here is an example of a message to send:

"This is the last moment to personalize your stay with our extras.Click here to access your online store: [My CozyUp Link]"

OR "Just a reminder: you only have 24 hours left to order your additional services and make the most of your stay: [My CozyUp Link]"

3) During your stay in your accommodation 🏠
