Sometimes, Booking.com may hide your URL links in the chat messaging with travelers, including those of your CozyUp stores.
Here's the solution, which you'll need to repeat on all your homes.
Step 1 - Go to your Booking.com extranet:
➡ Click on Establishment, then Message preferences:
➡ Click on "Security settings", then in the "Your approved links" section, click on "Add a link" :
Step 2 - Add CozyUp to your approved links :
➡ A pop-up window will open, so write "cozyup.com" before clicking on "Add link" :
➡ Bravo: your CozyUp store links are now approved for this establishment :
Warning: don't forget to repeat this procedure for all your homes!
